By commisioning me, you agree to the following:

General Terms

・I, the artist reserve the right to refuse an commission without reason or explanation. My commissions are not first come, first served.

・If I, the artist feel uncomfortable from commissioner's behavior, or if commissioner breaches the Terms of Service, the artist may cancel the commission at any point during the commission process.

・The commissioner, you, acknowledges that I am a digital illustrator and artwork is digital only, meaning I won't ship physical goods.

・My artwork is for private/personal use only. I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes and/or profit. If the commissioner intends on using my art for commercial use I, the artist, must be made aware before purchase and the cost of my artwork will double.

・No one is allowed to mint my artwork into an NFT (non fungible token) or any other kind of cryptocurrency.

Process and Payment Terms

・All purchases are made using USD as the currency.

・Half of payment will be recieved beforehand, and other half of payment will be recieved after initial sketch approval. Payment will be received via (insert payment system).

・All edits must be made before the line-art is approved by the commissioner. I will show the initial sketch to the commissioner, and once the sketch is completed I will start the line-art process. Once the line-art is complete, I will show line-art to the commissioner and the commissioner is able to request changes until line-art is approved. Once line-art is approved, the artwork will be completed by the artist and the commissioner will no longer be able to request changes.

・Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status:
・Total refund will only be given if initial half of cost has been paid and the commission process hasn't been started, or if full cost has been paid and artwork hasn't been finished after 6 months.
・NO refunds will be given after sketch is approved by commissioner and commissioner has paid full price. If you think there is a possibility you may need that money back, please do not commission me.
